Where are the "Project" and "Taglist" buttons?
The toolbox have been through a radical change. The buttons that were
there before, has been replaced by a small button 
and a popup menu. If you click on the button, the menu will pop up, and
you can select "project" or "taglist". The toolbox
will change content when you select a new "layer".
